I’m Jackie Kossoff, Fractional CMO & Meta Ads Strategist.

I have spent nearly a decade sitting at the intersection of digital marketing, analytics, and business growth. I’m an entrepreneur at heart, which means I thrive on stepping into a business, understanding its moving parts, and focusing on optmizing marketing operations for maximum profit. Rather than working in a silo, I love embedding myself with my clients’ internal teams, combining our strengths to leverage my expertise and broaden the brand’s overall impact.

My approach to marketing is simple: It starts and ends with the people who will be impacted by our campaigns. Whether you are running a fast-growing health & wellness brand or scaling a new platform in the HR space, your business relies on connecting with real people. I specialize in taking high-level corporate vision and translating it into tactical, sustainable ad engines and “Growth Playbooks” that turn digital traffic into meaningful, long-term revenue.

Over the years, my work has evolved alongside the needs of the fast-paced digital ecosystem. While I love working with agile, growth-stage organizations as a Fractional CMO, I also step into larger arenas. Recently, I’ve served as a strategic advisor for global corporations, helping them design, launch, and market brand-new corporate initiatives and infrastructure business units from the ground up.

I know what it takes to bring massive, multi-stakeholder campaigns to life —whether that means designing a complex digital launch architecture for a new B2B service, embedding AI-driven workflows into daily operations, or leading specialized remote teams.

While I have lent my marketing expertise to a diverse array of businesses over the last nine years, I choose to focus deeply on two core sectors:

  • Health & Wellness: Helping brands that improve people’s mental, behavioral, and physical well-being build authentic digital footprints that establish deep trust.

  • Human Resources (HR): Collaborating with platforms, services, and B2B tech organizations that are actively transforming the modern workplace and employee experience.

When I’m not analyzing campaign metrics, optimizing Meta ad spend, or structuring growth strategies, I stay grounded by immersing myself in the things that feed my curiosity and connect me to community:

  • The Wars of the Roses: I have a massive passion for 15th-century English history—and if you want to get into a friendly debate, I am a staunch, unapologetic Yorkist. I love the deep research, the complex political maneuvers, and the inspiring people who shaped the era.

  • Historical Travel & West Coast Roots: I spent most of my life in Los Angeles before making the cross-country move to Charlotte in 2025. Because of that, my travel is a mix of flying back to California to catch up with family and close friends, and heading across the Atlantic to Europe for immersive, history-centered exploration. I prefer to visit the historic sites I’ve read so much about in my research.

  • Community & Volunteering: Giving back is incredibly important to me. When I’m offline, I dedicate a meaningful portion of my time to volunteering with my sorority, helping mentor the next generation of leaders, and supporting lifelong networks of sisterhood and collaboration.

I bring that exact same energy—meticulous research, a deep appreciation for where people come from, and genuine connection—into every single business partnership.
